Overview
Dubai is a popular destination for skydiving. However, if you cannot stomach the idea of jumping from an airplane, thousands of feet above the ground, you may like the idea of doing the same in a safer environment. iFly Dubai is the first sky diving place in UAE where you can experience sky diving in an enclosed space.
Located on the third floor of Play Nation Area in Mirdif, iFly is perfect for kids (above three years) and adults who are looking for some adventure. With our iFly Dubai tour package, you get admission tickets and the chance to go skydiving. Before you jump into the vertical glass wind tunnel, you would be provided with a 20 minutes briefing session by an expert. All flying gear including a flying suit, helmet, goggles and disposable socks are provided with the ticket.
If you are still not confident about this, you would be happy to know that an instructor would be guiding you during the entire duration you are in the tunnel. Photos and videos are taken during the session. However, you would have to pay extra if you want them.

- Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. During the activity.
- Please arrive 30min prior to the confirmed slot to avoid disappointment.
- There are many restrictions that are in place to ensure your safety while you enjoy the experience of indoor skydiving.
- The restrictions are as followed: flyers cannot be pregnant, have previously dislocated their shoulders, are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs, not wearing a plaster cast,
- Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and also wear something warm (it can get very chilly in the wind tunnel)
- Children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter.
- Participants must not be over 115 Kg.
- There will be NO refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.
- Please get signed permission from a parent or guardian if under the age of 18, and you must have signed iFly’s waiver form.

- Arrive at iFly Dubai and complete the necessary registration and waiver process.
- Attend a safety briefing and training session to familiarize yourself with the indoor skydiving experience.
- Gear up in the provided flight suit, helmet, and goggles.
- Enter the vertical wind tunnel and experience the thrill of indoor skydiving, which simulates the sensation of freefalling.
- Enjoy multiple sessions of indoor skydiving, with breaks in between to rest and receive feedback from instructors.
- Explore the viewing area and watch other participants take their turns in the wind tunnel.
- Take photos or videos of your experience to capture the excitement of indoor skydiving.
- After completing your indoor skydiving sessions, return the gear and receive a certificate of achievement or a souvenir from the facility.

- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
