  • Guests must carry a valid ID proof or passport. Passengers without a valid ID will not be allowed to fly.
  • The waiver form must be filled out and submitted online 24 hours before the flight. Please complete the wavier form and upload a copy of your passport in image format only. Access the form at https://raynawaiver.raynab2b.com/.
  • The guest’s valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations, allowing us to communicate the pickup time and provide any updates regarding the tour.
  • The Balloon Flights team will share the exact pickup time the day before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
  • Be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay could result in the cancellation of the entire flight.
  • The pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Children under five years old and individuals over 80 years old will not be permitted to fly.
  • The maximum weight limit is  119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
  • Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly.
  • Minimum age for Quad bike ride is 16 years old.
  • A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment. No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided.
  • All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a brace position during landing. The company does not accept responsibility for any adverse health conditions, as guests participate at their own risk.
  • Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate.
  • Guests are not allowed to carry heavy luggage during the activity.
  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly prohibited from flying.
  • Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended for this activity. Be sure to avoid high heels and wear comfy shoes or boots instead.
  • This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee problems, back issues, those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months, or anyone with a fear of heights.
  • Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety and following flying guidelines. If the flight is canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available tour date or a full refund.
  • Cancellations :

o    Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure are eligible for a 100% refund.

o    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure will incur a 100% charge and are not eligible for a refund.

  • Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
  • The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
  • The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
  • Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
  • We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
  • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
  • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
  • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
  • An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
  • On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
  • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
  • Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
  • Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
  • Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
  • Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
  • We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
  • No refund for partly utilized services.
  • Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
  • If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
