• Carry a valid photo ID or passport; it is required for entry.
• Bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation, with time slots guaranteed only once confirmed within 24 hours.
• The venue is closed on Tuesdays; gates open at 5.30 pm, the optional dinner runs from 5.30 pm to 8 pm, and the main show runs from 8.30 pm to 9.50 pm.
• Wear smart casual dress; arrive at least 30 minutes before your slot with your voucher ready.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; a child requiring a separate seat is charged at the applicable rate.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside the theatre during the performance, and outside food and beverages are not allowed as per venue rules.
• No refunds, amendments or cancellations apply to unused, missed, partially used or no-show tickets.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules or safety guidelines.
• This show is not valid for Thai passport holders.
• If you have added a hotel transfer, pickup areas include Kata, Karon and Patong, and you should be ready in the lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• As of March 2026, Siam Niramit Phuket's show and grounds no longer feature elephants or any other animals.

• Arrive at the Thai Village; explore traditional houses representing regions of Siam, watch live handicraft demonstrations, enjoy fountain and light shows, and browse local food stalls and souvenirs.
• Buffet dinner begins for guests with “show + dinner” package; enjoy a wide selection of World Famous Thai Street Food and international dishes in a themed setting.
• Proceed to theatre and take your assigned seat (Silver, Gold, or Platinum category).
• Main cultural show begins; enjoy a grand performance featuring over 100 performers,around 500 costumes, dramatic scenic changes, rivers on stage, flying angels, and elaborate special effects.
• Show concludes; optional photo session with performers and final stroll through the village.
• Depart the venue.

• Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
• Leaving of your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your own responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
• Children from 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water in any of the water activities.
• We reserves the rights to charge 100% No show charges if guest is not turning up on time for the pick up.
• No refund will be processed for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances) if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
