• The venue operates daily from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm.
• Entry includes a shuttle-boat transfer from the pier, pool access, a towel, and a refundable locker deposit.
• Basic accident insurance is included with your entry.
• The dress code is smart-casual; sportswear, tank tops, ripped clothing, and flip-flops are not permitted, though appropriate swimwear is allowed.
• Outside food and drinks, single-use plastic bottles, large bags, and unauthorized photo or video equipment are not permitted on site.
• Bookings are subject to availability, and time slots are confirmed within 24 hours.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No refunds, amendments, or cancellations apply to unused, missed, or partially used bookings.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with the dress code or venue rules.
• The venue features a 22-meter infinity pool, cabanas, pool and seabeds, lounge sofas, and a rooftop terrace.

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

• Unless otherwise specified at the time of tour reservation, strollers are not permitted inside the vehicle.
• Depending on location, traffic conditions and such other aspects, there will be slight variations in pick-up and drop off timings.
• Singapore has a warm and humid climate throughout the year. But the months of December and January are relatively cooler, thanks to the monsoon season. Moreover, the weather can be unpredictable; so be sure to carry an umbrella in order to tackle all-of-a-sudden rainstorms and drizzles.
• Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended, regardless of the time of your Singapore visit. Pair it with a cardigan or a shawl when you’re indoors, particularly within air-conditioned malls and entertainment areas with a freezing temperature.
• Since your Singapore vacation may involve a lot of walking, it’s good to have a pair of comfy shoes.
• The city-state’s sunny climate also entails you to bring a good pair of sun glasses, besides a high SPF sunscreen to protect your skin from the unforgiving UVB rays.
• Smoking in public places is a serious offense in Singapore.
• Don’t litter public places.
• Chewing gums is another illegal act in the city-state.
