• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
• Transfers are only for Point to Point basis unless disposable mentioned.
• No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
• Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.
• The operator and suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines, or dress codes.
• Children requiring a separate seat will be charged as per applicable rates.
• Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.

• Waiting time may occur during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays.

• Schedules and routes are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
• For scheduled transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
• Safari including resort to safari gate pick up drop except mentioned resorts 15 minutes before reporting time
• 30-40 minutes before & after additional pick up drop time froom resort to safari gate depending upon resort to safari gate distance
• One day before local team member will coordinate with the guest
• On time we can not do any changes in the safari & once safari booking is done it's non cancelable & non refundable
• Guest need to carry hard copies of Id's  which they share with us while booking safaris

Our sightseeing tours are conducted in more than one language and are usually multilingual, however our safari are conducted in English only.

Our safaris involve off-road driving through rugged country - which adds to the excitement of the excursion. However because of the adventurous nature and the rough terrain, you should not participate if your health or any pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) may be adversely affected.

Cultural awareness

·       Photographing government buildings, military institutions and all oil and gas refineries is strictly prohibited

·       If you litter you may be fined

·       Don’t smoke indoors or in public areas

·       Always ask for permission before taking photographs of Emiratis

·       Don’t take photographs of ladies dressed in traditional attire

·       As a mark of respect for local customs, please avoid public displays of affection

·       The UAE has a reasonably relaxed dress code, but it is an Islamic country and modest clothing is recommended, particularly in shopping malls, souks, rural areas and during visits to mosques or places of worship. For ladies, shoulders and knees should be covered. Clothing should not be transparent, tight or revealing. Beachwear is acceptable at beach clubs, in the hotel, at the pool or on the beach. Light summer clothing is suitable for most of the year. Sweaters or jackets may be needed during the winter months, especially in the evenings and on desert and mountain safaris. Hats, sunblock and sunglasses are advised during daylight hours.
