Guests must carry their original passport or valid photo identification. Passport details may be required before the tour date. The journey from Aswan to Abu Simbel takes approximately three to four hours in each direction. Children must remain accompanied by an adult throughout the tour. Guests must follow all photography rules and instructions at the archaeological site. Any required add-ons, including private transportation, breakfast boxes, meals, private guiding services, photography arrangements or flights between Aswan and Abu Simbel, must be requested in advance. All requested add-ons are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must inform Dubai Travel Club in advance about mobility requirements, dietary restrictions or other special requirements. The departure time and itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, convoy arrangements, security procedures or official instructions.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time for standard road tours. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure are nonrefundable. Issued entrance tickets and confirmed add-ons may be nonrefundable. Flight-inclusive bookings are subject to the airline’s cancellation and amendment conditions. No refund will be provided for late arrivals, no-shows or unused services. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable supplier charges. If the tour is cancelled by the operator, guests will be offered an alternative date or an applicable refund.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and lightweight clothing. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat. A light jacket may be useful during early morning departures in winter. Guests may request a breakfast box from their hotel or cruise ship before departure. Carry personal medication and essential items needed for the journey. Food and beverages should only be consumed in designated areas. The desert journey is long, so guests should consider their comfort before booking the road option. Flight options may considerably reduce travel time but depend on operating schedules and availability.
