Guests must carry their original passport or valid photo identification. Drivers must meet the operator’s minimum age requirement. Children are not permitted to operate quad bikes. Children must remain accompanied by an adult throughout the experience. Guests must follow the safari guide’s route and safety instructions. Quad biking takes place on desert terrain and can be physically demanding. The activity may not be suitable for pregnant guests or people with back, neck, heart or mobility conditions. Closed shoes and comfortable clothing are strongly recommended. Any required add-ons, including a private quad bike, dune buggy, extended camel ride, private vehicle, VIP dinner setup, professional photography or private safari programme, must be requested in advance. All requested add-ons are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must inform Dubai Travel Club in advance about dietary restrictions, medical conditions or mobility requirements. The itinerary may change due to weather, desert conditions, official instructions or operational requirements.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure are nonrefundable. Confirmed private arrangements and add-ons may be nonrefundable. No refund will be provided for late arrivals, no-shows or unused activities. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable supplier charges. If unsafe weather or desert conditions prevent operation, guests will be offered an alternative date or an applicable refund.

Wear closed shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for the desert. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a light jacket during cooler months. A scarf is recommended to protect the face from sand and dust. Secure phones, cameras and personal belongings during the quad-bike ride. Guests should avoid carrying unnecessary valuables. Desert temperatures can change significantly after sunset. Stargazing visibility depends on weather and atmospheric conditions. The dinner menu and entertainment programme may vary by location and operator.
