• Be ready 15 minutes before your reporting time; resort to safari gate pickup and drop can add 30 to 40 minutes before and after the safari, depending on the distance between your resort and the gate.
• A local team member will coordinate with you one day before the safari.
• Once a safari booking is made, no changes are possible, and the booking is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Carry hard copies of the same IDs you shared while booking the safari; a valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
• One jeep can take 6 adults and 2 children up to 5 years at no additional cost.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation; time slots are guaranteed only once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during the tour.
• Late arrival, missed transfers or no-shows are treated as cancellations with no refund, and guests who miss a transfer must arrange their own transportation.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines or dress codes.
• Schedules and routes are subject to change due to traffic, weather or operational conditions.

Our sightseeing tours are conducted in more than one language and are usually multilingual, however our safari are conducted in English only.

Our safaris involve off-road driving through rugged country - which adds to the excitement of the excursion. However because of the adventurous nature and the rough terrain, you should not participate if your health or any pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) may be adversely affected.

Cultural awareness

·       Photographing government buildings, military institutions and all oil and gas refineries is strictly prohibited

·       Don’t smoke indoors or in public areas

·       Always ask for permission before taking photographs of Emiratis

·       Don’t take photographs of ladies dressed in traditional attire

·       As a mark of respect for local customs, please avoid public displays of affection

·       The UAE has a reasonably relaxed dress code, but it is an Islamic country and modest clothing is recommended, particularly in shopping malls, souks, rural areas and during visits to mosques or places of worship. For ladies, shoulders and knees should be covered. Clothing should not be transparent, tight or revealing. Beachwear is acceptable at beach clubs, in the hotel, at the pool or on the beach. Light summer clothing is suitable for most of the year. Sweaters or jackets may be needed during the winter months, especially in the evenings and on desert and mountain safaris. Hats, sunblock and sunglasses are advised during daylight hours.
