- Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Flash photography or flashlights are prohibited to prevent disturbance or annoyance to our animals and other visitors.

- Booking Requirements & Night Safari Rules:
- You only need to book the specific start date for the DP to begin.
- Night Safari does not require a booking of specific time slot; it is valid for entry once the DP is active.
- Pass Duration & Adventure+ Access:
- 5-Day 6-Attractions DP: Valid for 5 days and includes 4 Adventure+ access passes (applicable on any days).
- 1-Day 6-Attractions DP: Valid for 1 day and includes 2 Adventure+ access passes.
- 1-Day 2-Attractions Flexi DP: Valid for 1 day with access to any 2 attractions. It includes 2 Adv+ access passes if you choose RWA as one of the attractions to visit.
- Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Yes, we do offer flexible passes and tickets if its listed on our website. The Tickets depend in the form of eVoucher or a Hard copy as per the guidelines of these Attractions.
- Can I produce an eVoucher at the time of my Tour?
Yes, you may produce an eVoucher at the time of your tour. However, it’s mandatory to carry a hard copy of the ticket or voucher when you visit a theme park or a popular landmark in the country. Without a valid voucher or ticket, your entry may be sometimes restricted. It is equally vital to ensure that you bring all relevant documents by way of ID proof (as required) for your tour.
- How long will it take for the refund of my canceled tour?
This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.
