Guests must carry their original passport or valid photo identification. Passport details may be required before the cruise date. Cruise availability, sailing schedules and cabin categories are subject to confirmation. The assigned cruise ship may be replaced with another vessel of a similar category when operationally necessary. The order and timing of excursions may change according to sailing conditions, navigation schedules and official instructions. Children must remain accompanied by an adult throughout the journey. Any required add-ons, including Abu Simbel, hot-air balloon flights, upgraded cabins, private guides, private transfers, domestic flights or additional hotel nights, must be requested in advance. All requested add-ons are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must inform Dubai Travel Club in advance about dietary requirements, mobility requirements or special occasions.

Cancellation conditions depend on the selected cruise ship, cabin category and travel dates. The applicable cancellation policy will be provided before payment and booking confirmation. After the cruise reservation has been confirmed, cancellation charges may apply. Special offers, peak-season reservations and holiday bookings may be nonrefundable. No refund will be provided for late arrivals, no-shows or unused services. Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and any applicable supplier charges. If the cruise is cancelled by the operator, guests will be offered a suitable alternative or an applicable refund.

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for temple and archaeological-site visits. Lightweight clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat are recommended. A light jacket may be useful during winter evenings. Meals are served according to the cruise ship’s fixed schedule. Cabin views and locations depend on the selected category and availability. Some attractions require walking over uneven surfaces and climbing steps. Internet access may be limited or available for an additional charge aboard some vessels. The cruise schedule may be affected by Nile navigation requirements.
