• Wear clothes and shoes you do not mind getting wet or muddy during the mud bath viewing and forest walk.
• Bring sun protection, since much of the visit takes place outdoors.

• Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before your visit; after that, no refunds, amendments or cancellations apply, including for no-shows.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed inside the transport vehicle during the tour.
• Follow your guide's instructions around the elephants at all times, including during feeding and the mud bath viewing.
• Outside food and beverages may not be allowed inside the sanctuary.

• Located near Pattaya (Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri Province), roughly 30-45 minutes from central Pattaya city depending on traffic
• The sanctuary focuses on rescued elephants, ethical practices (no riding, no shows) and hands-on interaction (feeding, bathing, walking) rather than traditional “ride + performance” style
• Two main half-day programs: Morning Visit and Afternoon Visit
• Pick-up from hotel in Pattaya (or possibly from Bangkok if arranged) is typically included for the half-day program

• Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
• Leaving of your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your own responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
• Children from 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water in any of the water activities.
• We reserves the rights to charge 100% No show charges if guest is not turning up on time for the pick up.
• No refund will be processed for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances) if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
