Emirates ID or passport copy is required for every passenger at the time of booking, per Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations.
Complete the online waiver and upload your ID at least 24 hours before the flight; without this, you cannot fly.
A valid WhatsApp number is required at booking, since the team uses it to confirm your exact pickup time the evening before the tour.
Be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes early, as delays can affect the whole group's flight.
Children under 5 and guests over 70 are not permitted to fly.
The maximum weight limit is 119 kg; heavier guests need pilot approval and pay an extra charge.
Pregnant travellers cannot take part in the balloon flight.
The minimum age for the quad bike ride is 16.
Wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed shoes; avoid high heels for this activity.
Guests must be in good physical condition, able to climb in and out of the basket and brace for landing; it is not suitable for those with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, or recent major surgery.
Guests with disabilities, including physical, mental health or emotional conditions, are not able to take part in this activity.
Balloon flights depend on weather; if a flight is cancelled for safety, you will be offered another date or a full refund.

Pick-up: Between 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM from your hotel or residence in a Land Cruiser.
Pre-flight Refreshment & Safety Briefing: Stop at the Majlis for tea, coffee, water, and restroom use. The hot air balloon captain will then give a safety briefing before transferring to the take-off site.
Take-off: Scenic hot air balloon flight with live commentary from the captain.
After Landing: Driver will pick you up from the landing area and transfer you back to the Majlis for buffet breakfast, & Camel ride
Quad bike ride : Guest can enjoy 30 minute quad bike ride (single seater)
Drop-off: After Quad bike ride , you will be dropped back at your hotel or residence.

Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.

Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
