Guests must bring their original passport or valid photo identification. The tour involves walking over sandy and uneven surfaces, so comfortable footwear is recommended. Children must remain accompanied by an adult throughout the tour. Any required add-ons, including entry inside the pyramids, camel or horse riding, meals, photography services, private transportation or additional attractions, must be requested in advance. All requested add-ons are subject to availability and additional charges. The itinerary and operating times may change due to traffic, weather conditions, official instructions or site regulations.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and light, modest clothing. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat, particularly during warmer months. Morning visits generally offer cooler temperatures and better conditions for exploring. Photography is permitted in most outdoor areas, subject to local regulations. Interior pyramid access is not recommended for guests with claustrophobia, limited mobility, heart conditions or breathing difficulties. The Giza Plateau currently opens from 7:00 AM, with last entry generally at 4:00 PM, but operating hours may change during Ramadan, public holidays or official events.
Can I enter the Great Pyramid? Yes, subject to availability and the purchase of a separate interior ticket. Is this a private tour? The tour can be booked on a private basis. Shared options may also be offered on selected dates. Are camel rides included? No. Camel and horse rides are optional and must be arranged separately. Is the tour suitable for children? Yes, but children must be supervised, particularly near elevated and uneven areas. Is the site wheelchair accessible? Some outdoor viewing areas may be accessible, but sandy ground and uneven surfaces can make movement difficult. Advance notice is required so suitable arrangements can be considered. Are meals included? No, unless a meal option is specifically selected during booking.
