Sky Views Edge Walk
Overview
Step out onto the Sky Edge Walk that encircles The Address Sky View from the exterior and get a bird’s eye view of the city & Burj Khalifa far beneath your feet. At 219.5 metres above ground level, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime extreme experience – and it’s not for the faint-hearted.

- Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
- Children below 12 years of age are not allowed.
- The height, weight and age restrictions are as follows :
- Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 and 65 years will be allowed (Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person)
- Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kgs will be allowed.
- Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 200 cm will be allowed.
- Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
- Ticket is valid the date and time slot selected.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory.
In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
- Upon arrival, present your entry ticket or reservation confirmation to the staff at the designated check-in area
- Attend a demo session with the Edge Walk experience, where professional guides will provide safety instructions and explain the proper techniques for walking on the edge
- Gear up with the necessary safety equipment, such as harnesses and helmets, under the guidance of the staff
- Begin your thrilling Edge Walk adventure, which allows you to walk on a designated path along the edge of the skyscraper
- Experience the exhilaration and panoramic views of the city as you navigate the specially designed walkway
- After completing the Edge Walk, proceed to the Glass Walk (Observatory), where you can step onto a transparent walkway for a unique perspective of the city below

Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior
- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
