Your experience commences with exacting instruction from a certified instructor who explains stance, rope tension, and body positioning. Participants must be able to swim independently before getting in the water. The instructor remains attentive as you prepare to launch. After check in, attend a safety briefing session by an experienced team and then get help to fitted with your safety gear.
