• Safari including resort to safari gate pick up drop except mentioned resorts 15 minutes before reporting time, 30-40 minutes before & after additional pick up drop time froom resort to safari gate depending upon resort to safari gate distance, one day before local team member will coordinate with the guest, on time we can not do any changes in the safari & once safari booking is done it's non cancelable & non refundable, guest need to carry hard copies of Id's  which they share with us while booking safaris
• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
• Transfers are only for Point to Point basis unless disposable mentioned.
• No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.
• Outside food and beverages may not be allowed as per venue regulations.
• The operator and suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience.
• Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines, or dress codes.
• Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
• Unless stated as private, all tours and transfers operate on a shared basis.
• Waiting time may occur during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays.
• Seat allocation is subject to availability and first-come, first-served basis.
• Schedules and routes are subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

• The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
  
• We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
• Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
  
• No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
• An adult must always accompany children from 3 to 12 years for all the tours
• Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
  
• Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
  
• Smoking at public areas is not allowed.
• Some tours require your original passport, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
