• Once the safari booking is done, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, and no changes can be made to the safari.
• Listed operating hours are 5:30 to 8:00 and 5:00 to 7:30.
• Report 15 minutes before your reporting time.
• Allow an additional 30 to 40 minutes before and after the safari for the resort-to-gate pickup and drop-off, depending on the distance from your resort to the safari gate.
• Pickup and drop-off between your resort and the safari gate are included, except for certain resorts; confirm yours at booking.
• A local team member will coordinate with you one day before the safari.
• Carry hard copies of the same IDs you shared while booking the safari.
• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation; time slots are guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; children requiring a separate seat are charged as per applicable rates.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted in the vehicles or during the safari.
• Late arrival, missed pickups or no-shows are treated as cancellations with no refund; guests who miss the pickup must arrange their own transportation.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

• The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
  
• We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
• Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
  
• No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
• An adult must always accompany children from 3 to 12 years for all the tours
• Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
  
• Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
  
• Smoking at public areas is not allowed.
• Some tours require your original passport, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
